Leaving Bubbles :(!

Our last morning at bubbles and some of us have one more dive to do to get fully qualified as PADI open water divers. Joe and Steve qualified yesterday as advanced open water divers (congratulations)! We had a dive for 8:30 so we could be back early enough to catch the boat back to the main land. Our last dive was amazing, we saw more wild life then we had before, I even saw a huge turtle and as I saw over the top of it, it took off and swam into the deep! The other group didn't see a turtle, but did see a sting ray. Once we had all exited the water we completed our paperwork to get signed off and were told we had all passed, with the exception of Aaron and Felix who completed their scuba diving qualifications and Luke and Nishil that didn't complete enough dives. We caught an 11:30 boat across to Kuala Besut then got a transfer to a local bus station where we could catch our longer bus to Kwantan which is half way down the east coast. Our bus left the station at 2:15 and the guide book said it was about a 3 hour trip, so in Malaysian time we left ourself 5 hours. This still wasn't enough when we finally reached our destination at 10:20! The boys were tired and hungry so we got taxis to our house then headed for some dinner snacks before bed. The boys managed to find some massage chairs in the bus station before we left however. An early start awaits as we are off to our trek destination tomorrow, alarms are set for 7am!
